Along with $7M, the tribe is still obligated to do $250M in infrastructure improvements whether they are building a hotdog stand with slots or a mega unicorn factory/casino bingo emporium. Where is the ROI for a small casino? Give us all a huge break. The ROI isn’t even there for a large casino never mind a small one. When is the tribe going to be honest about the likelihood of being able to do that $250M in infrastructure? It was an empty promise just like Marshall’s other empty promises. I went to two CFO meetings and heard comments by certain folks that made it quite clear some needed to be cut from the herd. Unlike way too many folks I can actually support the message but not the messenger. Realized I could be anti casino and also not supportive of CFO.
With Mike I went to war with him and VV many times over issues on his own site and will give him credit for allowing it. So as far as giving him a pass – dead wrong. To me the worse pass was the one handed to Jessie. If an anti or pro pulls the same garbage I’ll mention it. Going after his business was wrong. Going after Jim Reynolds on Toxic was wrong and I faxed them many times on that. A boycott of a business was wrong and I was against such actions if it was pro or anti.

Bull Rick. The blogs were 100% out of CFO's control. CFO didn't post any blogs – they have no editorial control over any of them.
When CFO ran it's own forum and it got out of hand, it was dealt with immediately. Other than that – all other content is NOT UNDER CFO'S CONTROL. Pretty simple really.

My position on pedophilia is well known. I have made that position clear publicly at BOS meetings and other public venues. Since you may not know I will provide the details.
I was once the victim the of an attack by by a 60+ year old pedophile when in grade school. He spent much time "grooming" me and others. I was one of the fortunate boys who escaped the clutches of the sick pervert (who was well known in the town at the time) when he finally attempted his sordid act. Some were not so lucky. Many people who are my age and older know of the deceased pedophile.
Sadly, it was a time when it was swept under the carpet. He was given a pass to continue assaults prior to and after me.
Now may ask who you are?
If you open the Town Annual Report you will see a list of sex offenders. Chief Russell, myself and Mr. Perkins led the struggle to have their names published. Many people did not want it in the Annual Report.
I also was the most outspoken selectman when a store near the state police barracks was allowing the illegal rental of bestiality videos. The store is now closed.
I have sincere issues with MSM if he has made such false accusations about Mr. Young. I know little if nothing about what is going between the two of them on that topic. I have not followed that dialogue. It is just now that I am slightly aware of something going on. You may not believe that but it is the truth.
I find Mr. Young to be one the most sincere and genuine people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I have full respect for him and his cause. He seeks a CASINO FREE MASSACHUSETTS. He does not have a price. He is a man of utmost integrity that should be revered in this community. His positive actions and attitude go well beyond casino issues.
I have repeatedly warned people publicly and privately they should go to the police station to look at all sex offenders. Only level 3 offenders are posted at the police station. The problem is level 2 offenders, they are not on the wall at the police station. You have to out request with the police to receive the list.
Once you receive your copy of level 2 offenders you will see there is LITTLE difference between level 2 or 3. The difference is determined by a "Board." Parents should concerned that the BOARD may misjudge the chances that a level 2 offender may prey upon their children.
All too often we open the papers witness the heinous acts of these people.
It is my understanding that as an individual you can obtain a copy of the level 2 offenders and freely copy it for distribution. The police cannot.
I said at a BOS meeting "The devil is alive and living amongst us. It is the people who have perpetrated crimes on our children."
The Shadow knows,

When you put your home address, it shows the location of registered offenders; identifies "work" or "home" at that location, and color codes it based on the crime committed rather than the level of offense.
